Do you think Mohammad (PBUH&HF) was selected by God as a messenger in his lifetime according to his deeds ?

if ur a muslim, u have to believe that he was selected by allah because allah felt like it. to ume it was somehow earned by his good deeds would be to impugn allah's omnipotence.
