I like a guy who likes me back but he likes another girl too..WHAT DO I DO!?

Okay,he is my ex.. i went out with him twice.. 1st time cause he liked me...he was VERY sweet and i kinda liked him..the 2nd time i went out with him because my brother's friend threatened to burn him if he didn't asked me out (he wasn't really going to) but he asked me out and i said yeah.. than i found out he liked someone else and said if she ever asked him out he would say eff me.. so i broke up with him.. now i REALLY like him... he was like my first REAL bf and i REALLY like him.. but last night he told me (over texting) that he liked another girl too and that he didn't know who to pick..i was kinda mad at that but i REALLY like him and i don't know what too do.. should i ask if its me or her? cause i'm tired of waiting.. i mean yes im patient but... it's hard to deal with him liking me and me REALLY liking him when he likes another girl.. and before i found out all of this i asked him out he said no,lets just be friends.. i said okay than last night i asked him why? and that's when he told me.. PLEASE HELP! do i just get over him? or do i win him over??? i'm so confused... ): any help would be greatly appreciated (:
