What should I get my boyfriend for his birthday? I want it to be something fun!?

I already got him Cardinal's tickets and a hotel in St Louis, but he knows about that and I want to give him something he can open the night before we go (another hotel room...). Any ideas?? Something that isn't REALLY expensive. He likes golf...a lot, coffee, Volkswagons, U2 and REM and of course... Cardinals baseball. Thanks!
