Do I have appendicitis?

earlier in the day my stomach hurt and now the pain is in the right side of my abdomen. When I walk I am hunched over because of the pain. 1-10 it hurts probably about 5. So it's not terrible but it definitely hurts. I feel like I have a slight fever but I have not thrown up or anything. My first question. Do I have appendicitis? Second question. Do you always throw up when you have appendicitis? Please dont say go to the doctor because I already know that I need to. What else could this be if it isn't appendicitis? The only possition that is comfortable is curled up in a ball. Do you think it will get worse through the night?
