Is the morning after pill a form of contraception?

Ok well ill starts at the biginning so it all makes sence. When i was 13 i asked my doctor to start me on the pill for irregular periods but found that after a while i realised i couldnt rely on myself to remember to take it so wen i was 17 i asked to get implanon (the contraceptive implant that lasts 3 years). It worked wonderfully as contraception but after 18 months i had to het it taken out due to my periods becomimg rather irregular and frequent again. I didnt get any other form of contraception at that point and for my 19th birthday i fell pregnant with my daughter. Since her birth, i was on the pill for the first few months then started getting the contraception injection (the one that lasts 3 months) every three months, she is 27 months old now. My last injection ran out on the 26/6 and i told my partner that since all these forms of contraception have screwed up my regularity (have only had one proper period since giving birth) i would really like to give my body a break from all the chemicals and just get things back in whack again and that for now contraception will be his responsability as it has been mine for the entirety of our nearly 5 year relationship. He said that he would support me on that but his actions say otherwise. The other nite we made love and he hadnt sorted out another form of contraception but 'finished' in me and is now expecting me to see a doctor to get the morning after pill. I know it works up to 72 hours after but thats not the piont. I said i didnt want to be taking anymore chemical contraceptions for awhile. Is it wrong for me to expect he take some of the contraception responsability and buy some f'ing condoms or something. He says the dont feel as good as when he doesnt have one on but i would rather a less intence feeling than hav all these chemicals screwing up my internal system. I just really need some advice on what to do cos i dont want to take the morning after pill but i see no other option at this stage. Except wait and see if i fall pregnant.... PLZ HELLP!!!?
