Pen drive problem ..............................…

i have a pen drive having capacity of 2 G.B but whenever i insert it into my pc , my pc shows the capacity of 254 mb . my antivrus always shows a virus named 'autorun.inf' in my pen drive . i have already format it but still the problem same . can anyone tell me the other process of formatting.
