Does this guy like me?

okay, so i just met this guy a few days ago, hes so cute, and i really like him, okay so, the first time he was (i think) piking on me. He called me 'short' and that i needed to grow a little'. and the second day, he wanted me to shake his hand. he put his hand out for me to shake. and when we talk he gives really good eye contact and smiles a lot. so does he like me?
