I dont FEEL pregnant anymore???!!!!!!!!?

my last period was jun 7th. july 1st i took a test that came back positive. the next day i went to the health department to make sure it was a big yes. too. however my pb was high so i was advised to to go the ER. they asked all kinds of questions and somewhere along the way the dr in the er got it in his head that i was 6 weeks pregnant. by my math i was only 3 weeks. they did all the normal test hcg levels trans l ultrsounds every 3 days my levels didnt double every otherday. it did double very 72 hours though. my leves are high at 4 weeks 5 days they were at 10000 which is in the levl i say i am but really high. of corse the dr used that ifo to trry and convince me that i was farther than i say i am. and they should have seen something in the sonogram. it doesnt help my side of ow far i am since i had a tubal 2 years ago. anyway have held out till now i am 5 weeks 2 days by my time. no symptoms of a rubal no pain onthing. i felt pregnant an evrything. but now in the past 24 hours i just dont FEEL pregnant. i dont know if it because i have been trying to not get to excited incase. or what but i dont feel pregnant brest are tender still but not as much as b 4 and someting istn "right" not painfull nothing like that but just dont :feel: pregnant. i am waiting to go and get another sonogram on sat i will be 5 weeks six days by then so they should be able to see the gestational sac finaly. but has anyone ever done this? this isnt my fist i have 2 other children buti dont remember going through this with them. what is your oppinoin????? please im pulling my hair out on this one.
