Is my Vegetable Garden ruined????!!!?

We had a heavy rain storm last night and now the beds that i just recently prepared with compost is soaked and flat. My compost pile also got rained on. And there was a hole that i had dug to create a zucchinni hill but now its flooded. Is it ruined? what do i do?
