Is it possible to become under demonic influence without actually being possessed?

I am 21 years old and have been drinking for a very long time off and on. When I drink I binge very dangerously. I always end up blacking out and doing things that are very out of character and I lie about things. It is like I become a completely different person. I also have low blood sugar problems from drinking when I was younger. The dr. says the things I do and say are cause from my blood sugar problems. The combativeness, the anger, confusion, amnesia, irrationality, being delusional. To me it feels like something takes me over. I am not schizophrenic or anything because I've had an evaluation. Is it even possible that something can control me like a puppet when I am vulnerable? Or is it more likely to be the physical illness that I have? this is a real question! I believe in God but I don't know how much of the bible I believe... no dumb *** atheist posts please lol its funny and all but I'm serious
