Are there any good books (or even sites) on how to write recipes/cookbooks?

I am using Microsoft Works to do mine. I am tired of going cookbook to cookbook to find recipes, so I am getting all of the recipes I ever cook and putting them in the computer. I am also saving the ones I find in Yahoo! Answers that sound good. Then when I get around to buying a new printer, I will print them out myself, and make my own book..."From the Kitchen of Melissa"
