Puppy help how to teach Cavoodle not to bite.?

My puppy bites everyone we got her 11 days ago and she is 10 and a half weeks old she is teething so we give her bones chew toys and chewy treats but she still bites me and all people who come over i tell her NO but she bites again she knows how to sit and is nearly toilet trained she is a Cavoodle and if you sit down she will chew your feet she loves visitors and wags her tail when they come over she is scard of other dogs too.please help how do i teach her not to bite.
