I just recently opened my resale baby and childrens store and I have been open for 5 days now. I have quite a bit of inventory on my shelves as far as clothes go, and lots of big items like cribs, strollers, bouncers, toys etc. I can see where I need to get some more though. I buy most of my items from yard sales and from customers that come into my store and sell to me. I am very choosy with the items that I buy to resell, becuase I dont want to look like a THRIFT STORE. Since I have been open I have only made about $250, and I can see quite a few people come into the store look at a couple of items and then walk right out. But everything that I have is almost brand new, and priced way below retail store prices. For example I have a Graco stroller that looks brand new, and go's at walmart for $179, I am selling it for $99. Clothes that sell at Macy's and Mervyn's for $14, are $3 from me. I am not in the Yellow Pages and I have only ped out a few flyers.

On Wednesdays, you run errands. Keep this routine for forever. Schedule something everyday or every other day (laundry, linens, grocery shopping, etc.) It works for me. Also, only use one calendar, that way you're not overlapping events. And, put all of your belongings in the same place everyday (keys, phone on charger, diaper bag, etc). ign duties to your husband. Every other night, hand him the baby and bath supplies and give him instructions to bathe the baby. You can also do this w/ feedings :) I give my hub choices as in...you can load the dishwasher or bathe the baby. You can fold the laundry or you can clean up the kitchen. It works for us.

I saw one crash through a guard rail into a very wide and fast-moving river during a heavy rain storm once. He was maybe 10 car lengths ahead of me at the time, and he must have been doing about 70 when he ped me and a line of other cars. It looked like he just started to hydroplane when he tried to move back into the right lane ahead of us all. It was amazing that he didn't hit anyone else at the head of the line. The car disappeared very quickly. About all anybody could do was get off the bridge and call 911 as soon as possible. That was before cell phones. I don't think there was much chance of survival.

I had found info on the internet before about audible migraines. My family doctor thought that I had tinnitus but the symptoms did not match at all. Before my migraine starts, I heard a deep whooshing sound like a freight train or heavy highway traffic that sounds like it comes from the left side of my neck. It gets louder in my ear and then abruptly stops. The longer the sound stays in my ears, usually 30 seconds, then I know I will get a migraine. immobilizer is seperate to the ecu on the astras so dont think it will be a problem, as long as the blocks are the same and use the same mounts then you should only suffer superficial problems like having to replace a hose for a longer one or cut it down shorter maybe cut and weld the exhast downpipe etc all of which is not a problem for a competant mechanic/engineer so it shoudln be a problem, also are you using your original gearbox or the isuzu one because again unless the block is the same your astra one wont fit. it is best to use the isuzu clutch if possible as the crank my be different but again this may not be the right depth for the astra gearbox. its a case of getting the engine out and split down then see what you have. to be honest unless you have thrown a rod through the block it may be better just to rebuild your engine rather than **** around changing it. labour will be about the same anyway all it is is parts but then it gives you peace of mind nowing the internals are new/ish

my last period was jun 7th. july 1st i took a test that came back positive. the next day i went to the health department to make sure it was a big yes. too. however my pb was high so i was advised to to go the ER. they asked all kinds of questions and somewhere along the way the dr in the er got it in his head that i was 6 weeks pregnant. by my math i was only 3 weeks. they did all the normal test hcg levels trans l ultrsounds every 3 days my levels didnt double every otherday. it did double very 72 hours though. my leves are high at 4 weeks 5 days they were at 10000 which is in the levl i say i am but really high. of corse the dr used that ifo to trry and convince me that i was farther than i say i am. and they should have seen something in the sonogram. it doesnt help my side of ow far i am since i had a tubal 2 years ago. anyway have held out till now i am 5 weeks 2 days by my time. no symptoms of a rubal no pain onthing. i felt pregnant an evrything. but now in the past 24 hours i just dont FEEL pregnant. i dont know if it because i have been trying to not get to excited incase. or what but i dont feel pregnant brest are tender still but not as much as b 4 and someting istn "right" not painfull nothing like that but just dont :feel: pregnant. i am waiting to go and get another sonogram on sat i will be 5 weeks six days by then so they should be able to see the gestational sac finaly. but has anyone ever done this? this isnt my fist i have 2 other children buti dont remember going through this with them. what is your oppinoin????? please im pulling my hair out on this one.

Ok well ill starts at the biginning so it all makes sence. When i was 13 i asked my doctor to start me on the pill for irregular periods but found that after a while i realised i couldnt rely on myself to remember to take it so wen i was 17 i asked to get implanon (the contraceptive implant that lasts 3 years). It worked wonderfully as contraception but after 18 months i had to het it taken out due to my periods becomimg rather irregular and frequent again. I didnt get any other form of contraception at that point and for my 19th birthday i fell pregnant with my daughter. Since her birth, i was on the pill for the first few months then started getting the contraception injection (the one that lasts 3 months) every three months, she is 27 months old now. My last injection ran out on the 26/6 and i told my partner that since all these forms of contraception have screwed up my regularity (have only had one proper period since giving birth) i would really like to give my body a break from all the chemicals and just get things back in whack again and that for now contraception will be his responsability as it has been mine for the entirety of our nearly 5 year relationship. He said that he would support me on that but his actions say otherwise. The other nite we made love and he hadnt sorted out another form of contraception but 'finished' in me and is now expecting me to see a doctor to get the morning after pill. I know it works up to 72 hours after but thats not the piont. I said i didnt want to be taking anymore chemical contraceptions for awhile. Is it wrong for me to expect he take some of the contraception responsability and buy some f'ing condoms or something. He says the dont feel as good as when he doesnt have one on but i would rather a less intence feeling than hav all these chemicals screwing up my internal system. I just really need some advice on what to do cos i dont want to take the morning after pill but i see no other option at this stage. Except wait and see if i fall pregnant.... PLZ HELLP!!!?

Had a Incarcerated Hernia surgery on Saturday and can't go to the bathroom.?

On Monday when released from the hospital I was told that I would have bowl movements begging by Wednesday and if not take stool softener well I haven't went poop since last Friday due to the Hernia and another problem. Bleeding instead of pooping is no longer once surgery was done. I eat everything that could make me goto the restroom and still nothing been 6 days and on Monday I have a followup and I see a GI doctor for a Colonoscopy cause before I had this hernia all last week I been throwing up, diarrhea every 30 minutes and lots of blood came out from my poop only for about 2 days but that been ongoing every 30 minutes but now ever since late Friday I can't go even after eating? Is this normal to happen? I mean no poop in 6 days but I do go pee. Also should I seek a doctor or wait till Monday for my followup and see?

I have a new HP notebook with Vista. It is telling me I don't have administrative rights. But I do!?

My fiance just bought my a brand new HP notebook last night and I immediately got to work installing everything. I have never worked with Vista and of course it comes standard in all new laptops. When I went to install a driver, it gave me a popup notice that I don't have the admin rights to install hardware or software, but it plainly says on my account that I do have admin rights (I am the only user!) I chatted online with HP and the guy told me that w/ Vista you have to have things set up properly to have admin rights. He gave me instructions to Click start, type cmd, click that, right click on Run as Administrator and then type in some computer language. After that I was supposed to log off and then a new admin account should have been available. This did not work. Does anyone out there know any way to byp this glitch, because I obviously need to be able to install software and hardware and have full admin rights. The comp is great, but Vista is not cooperating! Thanks!

Okay, well I was planning on starting my own charity-nonprofit type of thing. Rough. I take Zoloft. I am not saying that taking medicine is the answer to all stress, but it has saved me from some dark days. I understand the financial stresses. I think everyone (well, almost) can relate to that on some level. Next time youi feel frustrated, try to take some deep belly breaths and think of a time that you were really happy and make yourself smile. You will better. You might also want to see about going to a therapist. If you have a good job with insurance, you can find one through your insurance company. Sometimes just talking about your stresses and learning how to deal with them in a more positive way can make a world of difference. Hang in there and good luck.

Some soldiers are given a lot of respect. People will stand on the bridge by the entrance of Fort Lewis in WA and hold up signs showing their respect while others will protest in the same spot. The Blackie will hold it's value better because you're getting a killer deal on it. However, if it were me, I'd buy the cheapest MIM Strat I could find (I've seen a few at GC for $399-$449), a little better amp than that Vibro Champ, and still have a bit of $ left for stuff. The MIM Strat will re-sell for about the same no matter whether its a plain one or a pretty one. The less you're in it for, the better. If you stick with it, you can always upgrade down the line.

It was apparent that I had roofies put in my drink last night. i took a sip of a drink, and 10 minutes later, i couldnt stand. I blacked out for about 8 hours. Tests for hep A, B, and C are different from each other. Just because you tested negative for hep B does not mean that you do not have Hep A or hep C. Normal blood testing does not automatically include testing for hep. You need to request these tests. Since you mention possible exposure to hep C, you should get tested for hep C.

Adrenal insufficiency and Hydrocortisone tablets?

Once your doctor gets all your tests results he should be able to tell you what he thinks has caused your adrenal insufficiency, and if you will need to stay on Hydrocortisone permanently. I had to take Prednisone, which I believe is somewhat stronger than Hydrocortisone. I had an autoimmune disorder, so the goal was to shut down my immune system. I tried to stay away from sick people, wipe down the handle of grocery carts, stuff like that. My doctor gave me antibiotics to take 3 times a week to help ward off any infections. If you have to take Hydrocortisone permanently, then you probably won't be able to work in any health care setting. I'm on disability, but I have a lot of other health problems besides my immune system being screwy. I don't have your problem, but I know SS basis their determination on whether they believe you can engage in any gainful employment or not.

Nightmare with Amex Travellers cheques?

I know, travellers cheques are old now but because of my cirstances that seemed like the best option. I have been working in the UK for three years and finally decided it was time to go back home to India. I wanted to take a vacation as well so decided to go to the USA to visit my brother and his family before returning to India. I dint want to keep any active bank accounts in the UK as I had no plans of coming back, so the only option I had was to either carry cash or Travellers cheques, I opted for TCs. Used my bank card to purchase TCs at a local post office, closed my bank account and was all set to leave. Unfortunately I lost my TCs and reported the same to Amex, I was asked a hundred questions and required to provide a thousand doents, which I did and was asked to wait for 10 days for a decision on refund. Thankfully I found my cheques, I had dropped them near the door and as the envelope had no name on it, my land lady had picked it up thinking it was some junk mail and tossed it somewhere in her house. It not until later when I mentioned it to her, she brought me the envelope and asked if that's what I was talking about. I called Amex back and told them that I've found the cheques, but they dit not unblock it instead asked me to send a hand written letter detailing the cirstances of how I found them to an address in Salt lake City. Puppy help how to teach Cavoodle not to bite.?

Well, first of all, what seems to be going on is your really putting all of the effort to explaining the sound. What you should do, is give perhaps 3 sentences MAX to describe the howl, then continue on with the story line, otherwise things start to sound more unorganized. Second of all, try to use more varies of words. For example, instead of using the word "howl" all the time, use words such as "cry", "sound","shout", "banter", "yelp", "wail", "holler", and "wail". There are still quite a few variations of "howl" out there. Also, try not to start so many sentences with 'the', if you mix it up a little, it will be more interesting and will have some flow to the entry. Hope that this helps! I have a 96 and was also having the same problem, I've now replaced most of the cooling system, but I do believe that the original problem was the fact that the lower hoses were a bit spongy and were collapsing, not allowing circulation and causing overheating. Change all of the hoses, and if that isn't it, have your sensors checked. Good luck, it's a tremendously fun car, I love mine!!!
